COngress info

Thank You for submitting the workshop and lecture proposals. We are really happy that you took the time and respected our schedule. This will help us a lot to take next steps in executing the event. All the submitted topics have been reviewed and approved. However, to proceed, we will ask you to validate your data. Your workshop/lecture contact people will receive an email in the next few days, and we will need your validation / revised data by Nov 11th.

As discussed, we aim to keep the group size of outdoor workshops moderate (20 pax) but also to serve all the participants, thus we would need more outdoor workshops either by repeating existing topics or creating new, quality topics. Do not hesitate to contact interski2023@visitlevi.fi with more ideas.

The itinerary of workshops and lectures will be published by the end of January.

Based on info submitted by the nations and also some feedback, we have revised the itinerary framework. All the outdoor workshops will be 120 min. Lectures 45 min including 10 min discussion. Indoor workshop can be 90 - 120 min.

Music for the show runs – read carefully

  • You are invited to choose your own music of each of the four runs.

  • However, we wish all teams will choose a famous or typical song from the nation for the opening run on Sunday (March 26th). It can be any genre (classical, folk, pop or rock etc.) as long as it is from the specific country.

  • How to deliver music?

  • Format .mp3

  • Edit each file to start from the right place

  • Each music should be 1 min 30 sek to follow the length of the performance

  • Name the file like this: number of run_country_name of the song

    See examples:

  • 001_Finland_sandstrom.mp3 (this would be Finland’s music on Sunday)

  • 002_Finland_mysexison fire.mp3 (first run on Tuesday OR Thursday)

  • 003_Finland_freestyler.mp3 (second run on Tuesday OR Thursday)

  • 004_Finland_intheshadows.mp3 (run on Closing party)

  • Helps a lot if you write email topic: Show run music
